This is a PSP USB cable you have to get if you want to transfer things from PC to PSP; this is a must have and it only costs roughly £5 and $10 in the US. This is the only way to get homebrew and games, other than a media card reader. This cable can also be used to view your PSP on your pc monitor using Remotejoy or play ISO images from your PC hard drive using usbhostfs.
